I was raised on deep dish pizza. When i moved to Raleigh I had lots of the thin crust pizza but never like it - until i found Sylvia's. The crust is always thin and crisp but flexible enough you can take a slice and fold it over. Sylvia uses some secret recipe seasoning on the bottom side and thin toppings on top - with a little grease, or oil, to give it life. The combo is still a good deal though the price recently went up. WARNING: The slices are VERY big - the combo comes with two of them so bring an empty stomach. Oh, and say hi to Sylvia, he is a good guy.
