3 Meat Pizza

Taste a home made pie that ressembles any hand made artisan through the recipe procedure of Stier Aesthetic. Here's how to make a 3-meat pizza:

Artisan Pizza Crust by Pillsbury (Not their regular pizza crust - this is much better)
Pizza Sauce (I used Di Napoli Classico Traditional Pizza Sauce)
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (I used Kraft)
Pepperoni Slices
Sweet Italian Sausage Links
Real Bacon - Recipe Pieces by Oscar Mayer
Fresh arugula

1. Follow Pillsbury instructions to pre-bake dough. I drizzled a little olive oil on to the crust and lightly dusted it with some salt before placing in the oven.
2. While the dough is pre-baking, remove the Italian sausage from their casings and form small meatballs, cooking them over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
3. Once the dough has pre-baked, usually around 7-8 minutes, remove from oven and add pizza sauce. I usually pour a generous amount in the center then spread out with a wooden spoon, leaving about an inch border.
4. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese, followed by the pepperoni and the cooked sausage. Lastly, drizzle a handful of the bacon pieces over the entire pizza.
5. Following the Pillsbury baking instructions, place the pizza back in the oven for another 7-8 minutes.
6. Remove from oven and finish by lightly spreading fresh arugula and Parmesan cheese over top of pizza. *In my opinion, a little arugula goes a long way.
