Alfredo, Bruschetta, Spinach and Sprout Pizza

This recipe is a quick and easy way to make an old time,  homemade favorite. Pizza and bruschetta with a twist including all your favorite ingredients!

1 package Pillsbury Pizza Crust (thin crust)

1/2 cup garlic alfredo sauce

1 cup spinach

1/2 cup chopped roma tomatoes

1/2 cup brussel sprouts

1 cup cheese (pizza mixture)

sprinkle of basil

sprinkle of garlic


1. Heat oven to 400°F. Grease 15” X 10” cookie sheet.

2. Unroll dough onto cookie sheet.

3. Pre-Bake dough 5 minutes.

4. Spread garlic alfredo sauce.

5. Top with spinach, brussel sprouts, roma tomatoes, cheese, basil and garlic.

6. Bake 6 to 10 minutes longer or until crust is golden brown.

7. Cut into 12 pieces and serve.
