Baked Ham and Cheese Rolls

Angie Barret showed a "Sunday Supper" recipe that featured pizza flavors ina  form of baked ham and cheese rolls. Put together these two ingredients and you can make a good dish.

7.5 oz package of colby jack cheese slices
1.5 pound of pre-cooked ham slices
1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)

*Pizza Sauce for dipping* Optional

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 400F.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Lay cheese slices all over the pizza dough.
  4. Lay a layer of ham slices over the cheese.
  5. Starting at the short end on the right, roll the dough with cheese and ham inside towards the left, jelly roll style. (Like Cinnamon Rolls)
  6. Once it's completely rolled together, place it on a cutting board with the seam down.
  7. With a sharp knife, carefully cut one inch "rolls". Place them on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly. Serve warm or at room temperature.
