Bisquick Breakfast Pizza

Breakfast pizza isn’t as popular as pepperoni pizza but it’s a healthy morning snack that is far better since its in a form of pizza! From pizza oven features a unique pizza dish called Bisquick Breakfast pizza. Why call it Bisquick? Simply because they used bisquick mix.



1 1/2 c Bisquick mix

1/3 c hot water

6 eggs

1/4 c milk

pepper (optional)

2 stalks of green onion chopped

1 1/4 c chopped ham

1 tablespoon of butter

1/2 c of ketchup

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 3/4 c mozzarella cheese



1.       Pre-heat oven to 450ºF

2.       In medium size bowl mix bisquick mix and hot water until dough forms.  Allow to rest for five minutes.

3.       Form into a pizza crust and then bake for 12-15 minutes.

4.       In a large bowl mix eggs with milk, and add pepper if desired. Stir in ham and green onion then place in fridge until ready to use.  In a seperate bowl mix ketchup and brown sugar for your sauce.

5.       In a large skillet melt butter, and then cook egg mix until it's scrambled.

6.       When pizza crust is golden brown it will be ready to top. First add your sauce, egg mixture, and then top with cheese.

7.       Bake until cheese is melted
