Buffalo Chicken Pizza
When it comes to spicing up a pizza, nothing beats a classic buffalo chicken pizza. It’s the perfect blend of spicy and flavorful, and depending on how crazy you want to get, can feature a variety of toppings, not just chicken.

A buffalo chicken is rather easy to make. You will need the following ingredients:
-Pizza crust, either premade or homemade
-Frank’s Red Hot buffalo sauce
-Mozzarella cheese
-Two chicken breasts
-Onion
Take the chicken breasts and cook them until there is no pink left in the middle. To avoid excess grease or oil, baking the chicken is recommended. Once the chicken is baked all the way through, take out of the oven and dice into strips or, if you prefer smaller pieces, cubes.
Take the chicken and add to a large bowl. Cover the chicken in however much Frank’s Rod buffalo sauce you desire and mix until fully coated. Set aside.
Take the crust and coat with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Although not required, you can add a layer of buffalo sauce as a base. This might be too much buffalo sauce for some people, but for some it adds just the right amount of kick.
Evenly spread the buffalo chicken over the crust. Chop up the onion and liberally spread the pieces over the pizza crust. Other toppings can be added to taste, though they’re certainly not necessary.
Place the crust on a pizza pan covered in parchment paper and bake for approximately 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees.
