Chicken Teriyaki Pizza Recipe
For when you need that Asian flavor on pizza night, there’s nothing better than a Chicken Teriyaki pizza. It’s incredibly simple to make as well. All you need are the following ingredients:
-1 pizza crust
-1 can of pineapple chunks
-2 boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
-1 clove of garlic, minced
-1 onion, sliced
-1 bell pepper, sliced
-1 cup of teriyaki sauce
-1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

To start, you need to marinate the chicken. But not in the teriyaki sauce! Instead, you want to combine the chicken pieces, the juice from the pineapple chunks, and the garlic in a large bowl, and cover it for one in hour in the refrigerator.
After the chicken has been marinated, drain the pineapple juice and sautee the chicken with the garlic in a large pan until thoroughly cooked. Set aside.
Next, take the pizza crust and apply a layer of teriyaki sauce over the top, much like you would a standard marinara sauce. On top of this, add the cheese, then the toppings, including the pineapple chunks, then bake in an oven pre-heated at 375 degrees until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Remove, let cool, and enjoy!
