If you’re in the mood for some cool and flavorful, then a cucumber pizza is the way to go. It blends the familiar taste of cucumber with the exotic flavor of tzatziki sauce, a classic Greek staple condiment often found in pitas and gyros, and puts them on a pizza.

To make this delightful little pizza, which is inspired by a recipe found here, you will need the following ingredients:
-1 pizza crust
-1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
-1/2 cup of tzatziki sauce
-1 cup of shredded mozzarella
-3 ounces of cream cheese
-1 tbsp of olive oil
To start, take the pizza crust and light brush with olive oil. After that, add the cream cheese, followed by the shredded mozzarella. Bake in an oven until the cheese is bubbly and the dough crispy. If you’d like, you can mix things up a bit and grill the crust for a unique smoky flavor.
Once it’s cooked, remove promptly from the oven and let cool. Take the sliced cucumbers and distribute evenly over the top of the cheese, followed by a liberal application of the tzatziki sauce.
For additional flavors, you can add other toppings, or, instead of using sliced cucumbers, use diced cucumbers. This will allow you to have more space on the pizza for other similar toppings, such as diced tomatoes, onions, and even artichoke hearts.
