Double-Cheese, Spinach and Chicken Pizza Recipe

This hearty spinach and chicken-topped pizza will serve six hungry people and takes only 15 minutes to make from start to finish.

For a shortcut, consider buying bags of fresh spinach and shredded cheese. It takes all the hard work out of washing and shredding.

Ingredients

1 package (14 ounces) ready-to-serve original Italian pizza crust

1 cup shredded Havarti cheese

2 cups washed fresh baby spinach leaves (from 10-oz bag)

1 cup diced cooked chicken

1/4 cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. Heat oven to 425°F. Place pizza crust on ungreased pizza pan.

2. Top with Havarti cheese, spinach, chicken, bell peppers, garlic salt and Cheddar cheese.

3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
