English Muffin Pizzas

English Muffins make a great base for personal pizzas. With a selection of toppings, these pizzas can be really personal.

4 Thomas’ 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins, split and toasted

1 ½ cups pizza sauce

1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella or Monterey jack cheese

Selection of Toppings: thinly sliced green peppers, onion, mushrooms, pitted ripe olives, pineapple chunks, pepperoni, crumbled cooked sausage, diced smoked turkey


  1. Spread 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  2. Add desired toppings.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Place on large baking sheet, bake at 400 for 10-12 minutes or until heated through.
