Focaccia Pizza Topped in Mushroom

Emilie and Lea's Secrets have completely shown off a good pizza recipe out of Focaccia just by adding toppings such as mushrooms, feta and Arugula. Its easy to make pizza if you know how to be creative, just like this instant pie! 

250 g of wheat flour complete or T 80
40 g of olive oil
13 CL of lukewarm water + 2 c. à s.
1 bag of yeast
1 c. to c. sucre
2 g de sel
200fresh mushrooms g
100 g made
40 g parmesan
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 bouquet of Arugula

Put the yeast Baker, sugar and two tablespoons of water in a ramekin and leave aside 10 minutes.
Mix together flour, salt and olive oil and then add the yeast mixture. Knead about 5 minutes to obtain a nice elastic paste. Arrange the dough in an oiled Bowl, cover with a towel and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
Meanwhile chop the mushrooms and garlic and place in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Fry over medium heat 10 minutes, the time that fungi have sweated their water.
Degas the dough with the fist and then spread the rectangular manner. Let inflate again 20 minutes covered.
Preheat oven to 220 °.
Small dents with your fingers on the dough and add mushrooms and feta into chunks. Sprinkle a dash of olive oil.
Bake 20 minutes.
