Fresh Corn and Pepper Pizza with Cilantro and Lime

Twist it, live it, love it! This fresh corn and pepper pizza is filled with surprises as Daily Squeeze add up a little spice in the finishing touches through sour juices! Zest it up! 

Dough for a 12-inch pizza
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1 small Anaheim pepper, core and seeds removed, sliced
½ small red bell pepper, core and seeds removed, sliced
½ cup fresh corn kernels
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Zest of 1 lime*
Juice of half a lime*
Lime wedges for serving*

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Roll the pizza dough to 12-inches or your desired thickness. Poke holes in the dough with a fork.
  3. Spread the grated garlic over the pizza dough. Top with the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Add the Anaheim pepper, bell pepper and corn. Top with the feta cheese.
  5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is browned and the cheese begins to bubble.  Top the pizza with the cilantro, lime zest and juice from half a lime. Serve each slice with a lime wedge.
