Hula Pizza

Barbecue sauce and sweet pineapples always remind us of a luau that is why those who love to say aloha can also say hi to this Hula Pizza recipe from Shape Magazine. Its all about crispy thin crust pizzas with pineapples, goat cheese, and salty barbecue.

1 8-inch low-fat, whole-wheat flour tortilla
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons crumbled goat cheese
3 tablespoons drained canned diced pineapple in juice
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped cilantro (or more to taste)

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tortilla on a medium nonstick baking sheet. Bake for 2 to 4 minutes per side until crisp. (If air bubbles form while baking, poke them with a fork, then use a spatula or oven mitt to carefully press the air out.) Remove from oven and top evenly with sauce, cheese, pineapple, and cilantro. Bake pizza for 2 to 4 minutes longer until cheese is completely melted.
