Leftover Halloween Candy Pizza

If you have too much candy at home, here's a pizza recipe from What's cooking with ruthie. Its a fun-filled pie made of chocolate and peanut butter in its delicious pizza presentation. 

1 tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
assorted leftover Halloween candies
2 C semi sweet chocolate chips
3 Tbsp creamy peanut butter

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Let dough stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Press onto an ungreased 14 inch pizza pan.
  4. Bake 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Cool on pan on wire rack.
  6. Coarsely chop big candies and set aside.
  7. In a heat proof bowl melt chocolate chips and peanut butter for 30 seconds in microwave, stir, repeat until smooth.
  8. Spread chocolate mixture over cooled cookie dough, top with candy, cover and refrigerate until set.
  9. Cut into wedges and serve!
