Lemon Pizza

Lemons are not just good for drinks, they are also good for making good zests in our taste buds, especially if you put some in your pizza! Getting the idea from Celebrating Happy, this Lemon Pizza Recipe is good for a summer ending meal! 

6 Thin Lemon Slices
3 Ounce smoked fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
5 large fresh basil
Extra virgin olive oil
Parmesan Cheese
Pizza Crust

1. Heat oven to 500 degrees or as high as your oven will go. If you have a pizza stone, heat in oven as it preheats.
2. Meanwhile, soak lemon slices in water for 15 minutes and pat dry.
3. Stretch your pizza dough approximately 9 inches. Distribute cheese and arrange lemons and basil on pizza. Drizzle olive oil over pizza. Cook on stone for 6 minutes or until golden brown.
