Matzo Pizza

Serving only one in this recipe from Martha Stewart, this Matzo Pizza is delicious anytime, anywhere. It’s like a breakfast pizza that is easy to make. Try it yourself!



3 tablespoons tomato sauce

1 matzo

3 tablespoons shredded mozzarella

2 teaspoons finely grated Parmesan

1 fried egg

Fresh basil



1.       Spread tomato sauce onto matzo. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan. Bake at 400 degrees directly on oven rack until cheese melts, 6 to 7 minutes. Top with egg and basil.
