Mini Whole Grain Egg Pizza

My daughter loves eating eggs. She loves it too much to the point that she would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner as an add-on to just about anything! 

360 Family Nutrition gives us more ways to eat egg. My daughter will probably love this just as much as those egg and pizza lovers! 

Ingredients (one pizza)
½ whole grain English muffin
1/8 cup low fat mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons pizza sauce
1 leaf basil, cut into thin strips
1 medium egg

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Spread pizza sauce on English muffin, sprinkle cheese, top with basil
3. Crack onto top of pizza; carefully transport pizza to oven
4. Cook at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 12-14 minutes or until white part of egg cooked through
