Mixed Seafood Pizza

Here’s a quick way to make something that is easy but also unique.

1 whole wheat pizza crust (10-12 inches)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup pizza sauce

1 lb mixed cooked seafood (i.e. shrimp, mussels and squid)

3 garlic cloves, chopped

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, shredded




  1. Preheat oven to 425F
  2. Lightly brush the top of the pizza crust with 1 tablespoon of the olive oil. Then spread the sauce over it and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Pat the cooked seafood dry using paper towels, then arrange on top of the pizza. Sprinkle with chopped garlic and parsley.
  4. Drizzle remaining oil over the pizza and return to the oven. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the seafood is warmed through and the crust is golden.
  5. Sprinkle with the cheese and serve immediately.
