Pepperoni Pizza Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are said as one of the few dishes that are easy to prepare and adding up pizza flavors in it would mean having an easy to make pizza in a small egg shaped dish! Pizzaoven, you've done it again. Here's how to make it:

Ingredients:

6 hard boiled eggs
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt & pepper to taste
18 mini pepperoni
1 tablespoon shredded asagio cheese (or parmesan or mozzarella)
1 teaspoon diced fresh chives or scallions

Directions:
1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, removing the yolk from the center of each egg. 
2. Place the yolks in a small bowl. Add the mayo, salt & pepper to the bowl.
3. Mix with a fork until creamy. Spoon the mixture into the center of each egg. 
4. Top with pepperoni, a sprinkling of cheese and a few fresh scallions for garnish.
