Pizza Dip Recipe

If you’re not in the mood to experience the sleepiness and fullness that comes with overdosing on tasty, greasy, doughty pizza, then why not eschew the crust in favor of...nothing? No, I’m not talking about ripping the toppings off and tossing the crust, I’m talking about pizza dip! This gooey, cheesy concoction is virtually carb free and a great dip for healthy veggies such as celery or broccoli. Of course, you can also use tortilla chips or small pieces of bread, I won’t tell.

To make pizza dip, you will need the following ingredients:

-8 ounces of cream cheese, softened.
-1/2 teaspoon each of parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder
-1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
-1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
-1 cup of pizza sauce
-1 package of pepperoni slices

To start, mix the cream cheese and the spices in a bowl until well-mixed, then spread at the bottom of a glass pie pan.

Next, sprinkle half of the cheeses on top followed by all of the pizza sauce. Cover with the remaining cheese, followed by the pepperoni and whatever toppings you choose.

Toss that sucker into an over pre-heated to 375 for about 15-20 minutes or until it’s reached its desired crispiness. Remove, let cool, serve, and enjoy!
