Pizza Rolls Pizza with Pand Roasted Peppers

Homemade with a few gourmet ingredients such as basil leaves and pesto, this pizza buns is an attracting combination of good taste and good looks. With its colorful greens, red peppers and tomato sauce, to the unique flavor of its pine nuts and garlic, Matmedmera has surely given pizza buns another reason to die for! 

Use this recipe to make 20 large buns! 

Ingredients:
600 g of wheat flour
100g wholemeal flour
50g fresh yeast
1 small jar of green pesto
1 handful of fresh basil
4 ½ cups lukewarm milk
100g smoked ham
1 ½ cups tomato sauce
2 cups grated cheese
salt and pepper
2 red peppers

Directions: 

  1. Grind the yeast in the lukewarm milk bunke.Häll, pesto, chopped basil leaves and mix in the flour and salt.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth. Let rise 30 minutes under canvas.
  3. Roast the peppers in the oven, cool under running water, peel and dice.
  4. Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Brush the dough with tomato sauce and add the peppers and smoked ham. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Gently roll together. Cut about 20 pieces of the roll.
  6. Place the pizza buns standing on a metal coat with baking paper.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes at 220 º C oven, they'll have a nice color when they are ready.
  8. Serve pizza buns with pizza salad
