Pizza with chorizo, sweet potato and squash

Sweet and salty alternative to your usual pizza, this pizza chorizo with sweet potato and squash is good enough for your palate that seeks uniqueness! Here is the method from mad laboratoriet: 

Dough:
25 g yeast
4 cups lukewarm water
3/4 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
flour
Stir the yeast into the water and add the salt and oil. Stir in the flour a little at a time until you can gather the dough into a delicious smooth case. Divide the dough into two and roll them out thinly on a floured surface. Add pizza bases on each baking sheet lined with baking paper and make the stuffing ready.

Filling:
1 can diced tomatoes
Herbes de Porvence or oregano
1 large zucchini
2 large sweet potatoes
approx. 200g chorizo ??sausage (like the piece)
approx. 200 g of grated cheese
salt

Directions:
  1. Pour half a can of tomatoes at each pizabund and wide it well with a spoon. Sprinkle with a little green spice. Cut the sweet potatoes and squash into thin slices and arrange them on pizzas. Sprinkle with a little salt and slice the chorizo ??into slices. Spread them on pizza and top with cheese. Bake pizzas 15-18 minutes at 220 degrees.
