Pizza with four kinds of cheese and dandelion

Did you know that you can eat your dandelion leaves on your pizza? You sure can! And its an interesting experiment from Double Kitchen's blog. Here is the recipe:


250g flour for leavened dough
7g fresh yeast
160ml water
Salt and a little sugar
4 eggs
70 ml Whipped
4 types of cheese of your choice
100g bacon or pancetta
Dandelion leaves
balsamic vinegar or other sweet vinegar


1. Knead bread dough and leave to twice its size, and preheat the oven to maximum (240-250 ° C)
2. Shuffle the dough and roll it into the desired shape. 
3. Bacon slice. Cheese into cubes or grate.
4. Beat eggs and add them to whipped cream. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add sauerkraut and grated Gaudi. 
5. Pour the egg mixture to the batter, by her arrange slices of bacon and arrange the cubes of cheese.
6. Bake 10-15 minutes at maximum.
