Prosciutto is a dry-cured ham that is usually served uncooked. It is thinly sliced, and its flavor, uncooked or otherwise, is a fantastic addition to a pizza. When served with pineapple, it makes for a unique and flavorful variation of a Hawaiian pizza, which is typically served with pineapple chunks and sliced ham. When grilled, it brings out the flavors in a way you never thought possible.

To make a grilled prosciutto and pineapple pizza, you will need the following ingredients:
-1 large pizza crust
-3 ounces of thinly sliced prosciutto
-3/4 cup of marinara sauce
-1 cup of mozzarella cheese
-4 large pineapple rings
-3 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
To start, warm up the grill. Brush a layer of olive oil over the top of the crust and grill face down for 2 minutes or until crispy. Once it's done, remove and add the remaining olive oil and marinara sauce, then the prosciutto.
Put the pizza crust on top of the grill, ideally on some tin foil, and add the pineapple slices, one in each quadrant.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and completely melted. Remove, let cool, then enjoy.
