Pull Apart Pizza Bread

This popular and easy recipe can be adjusted with your favorite pizza toppings. It’s easy to pull together and quick to cook.

2 cans of pizza dough or biscuits

2 cups of mozzarella cheese (or your favorite cheese)

2 tablespoons parsley flakes

1/3 cup olive oil

1 – 8 oz package of pepperoni

1 cup Parmesan cheese

Pizza sauce

Optional – Add ½ teaspoon of fresh garlic or garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cut pizza dough into small pieces (about the size of ¼ biscuit)
  3. Cut pepperoni into small pieces
  4. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and toss so the oil is spread evenly on each piece of dough.
  5. Place into a prepared bundt pan or 9 x 13 pan. Pan should be sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes (or until the top is brown and the center is thoroughly cooked). Tip: Be sure to check it in the middle before you pull it out. If the middle is still not cooked thoroughly be sure to leave it in another 5 minutes at a time until it’s done.
  7. Flip over onto a plate while it’s still hot.
  8. Serve with a side of your favorite pizza sauce.
