Salmon Pizza Recipe

Created by Linda Larsen, this delicious pizza will serve four to six hungry people and takes about one half-hour to make.

Fresh salmon works better than the canned variety and capers add a distinct and zesty touch.

A Boboli crust and a few additional ingredients make this a delicious and different pizza.



1 Boboli pizza crust

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

7 oz. can salmon, drained, bones and skin removed

1 red bell pepper, chopped

4 green onions, chopped

1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 tsp. dried dill weed

some capers


1, Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place crust on ungreased baking sheet.

2. In small bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream and mix until smooth. Spread over crust.

3. Top with remaining ingredients, arranging evenly over pizza.

4. Bake at 400 degrees F for 11-14 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza is hot.
