Sambhar Pizza

Containing Split Pea Stew, Tomato, Onion, Pepper, Jalapeno Pizza, this dish is certified good for those who have a ton allergies. This dish is free of dairy, egg, corn, soy, nut and can make one whole pie for the family. 

1 Recipe Wheat Semolina Crust 
1 Recipe Split Pea stew or Sambhar or other dals 
2 Tomatoes sliced 
1/2 medium Red onion sliced 
1 Green Bell pepper sliced  
1 Jalapeno thinly slices Shredded non dairy cheese or choice (I used Daiya pepper jack). Use this home-made Pepper jack or Mozzarella salt and pepper to taste 

  1. Prepare the pizza dough, shape and keep ready.  
  2. Top the base with 2-3 ladles full of stew.  Spread evenly. Top with sliced tomatoes, then onions, then bell pepper and jalapeno.  Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.  
  3. Spread shredded cheese on top. Bake in pre-heated 400 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. 
  4. Broil on Low for half a minute for crisper crust.  Take out of the oven, slice and serve hot.
