Simple Greek Style Pizza

A healthy Greek style pizza is simple to make. The vegetables, spinach and olives offer some important nutrients, not to mention great flavor. The simplicity comes from using ingredients that don’t take a lot of prep time, resulting in a quick, healthy pizza.

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 6 oz bag of pre-washed baby spinach

1 10 oz Italian cheese flavored thin pizza crust. (Try Boboli).

¾ cup tomato sauce

½ cup feta cheese, crumbled

½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper

1 (2 ¼ oz ) can sliced ripe black olives (Drain before using)


Preheat your over to 425. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and sauté for 3 minute or until lightly wilted. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet or stone. Spread the tomato sauce over the crust leaving ½ inch border. Top with baby spinach, feta cheese, pepper and olives.


Bake at 425 for 15 minutes or until heated completely.
