Spinach and Prosciutto Pizza

Healthy and cheezy - a combination that diet crazy and cheese lovers like me would like to see in recipes. Thank God for Pizza Oven's recipe of this spinach and prosciutto pizza that I can make at home for it delightfully makes ordinary pies better by health and by taste!

Pizza dough or crust
1/3 C Pesto
1/2 C Sun dried tomatoes
8 oz ball of mozzarella chopped or shredded
1/4 C Parmesan cheese
1 T minced garlic
5 oz prosciutto, really just ham but prosciutto sounds cooler
3 handfuls of spinach
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Add a small amount of olive oil to a pan and lightly saute the garlic, spinach and salt. Set aside to cool.
Roll out dough to the desired thickness but I prefer thin crust.
Spread the pesto on the crust and add the chopped up sun dried tomatoes.
Squeeze the water out of the spinach or you will get a nice soggy crust.
Add chopped up mozzarella to the spinach mixture and spread over the pizza.
Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
Cook 10-12 minutes or until it looks good to you.
