Stir Fry Pizza Recipe

It is an easy pizza featuring plum jelly, chili sauce and lemon juice as the seasoning for the shrimp.

You can use Crisp Pizza Crust instead of the Boboli if you prefer.

Make this pizza for dinner tonight.


1 Boboli® pizza or 1/2 Yeast Crust Recipe

1/2 pound medium raw shrimp

1/4 cup plum jelly

1/4 cup chili sauce

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 onion, chopped

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese


1. Make and pre-bake crust, if using.

2. Add lemon juice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes until thickened, stirring frequently. Spread on Boboli crust or partially baked homemade crust.

3. In large skillet, sauté shrimp, mushrooms, onion in oil for 4-6 minutes, until shrimp curl and turn pink. Drain mixture and sprinkle over sauce on the pizza crust.

4. Top with shredded cheeses and bake at 425 degrees for 8-14 minutes until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
