This pizza recipe is a bit more complex than others of its ilk, but the extra work is well worth it.

Tandoori chicken is a delicious, exotic Bangladeshi, Indian and Pakistani dish in which roasted chicken is prepared with yogurt and spices. Its name derives from the cylindrical clay oven known as a tandoor in which the chicken is traditionally prepared. There is, however, little that is traditional about this cool Tandoori Chicken Pizza Recipe!
Directions include how to make both the tomato-yogurt curry and the tandoori chicken.
Ingredients
Tomato-yogurt curry (see below)
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup diced tomato
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1/8-teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/4 teaspoon minced jalapeno
1/4-cup chicken stock
1/4-cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon butter
Tandoori Chicken (see below)
1 teaspoon chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon minced jalapeno
2 tablespoons tandoori paste
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1-tablespoon butter, melted
2 boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Major Grey's chutney
Directions
Tomato-yogurt curry
1. Heat garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, until translucent.
2. Add the next 7 ingredients (tomato through yogurt).
3. Reduce heat and boil mixture about 3 minutes or until all excess liquid has evaporated.
4. Turn off heat and quickly add and blend cilantro and butter. Set aside.
Tandoori chicken
1. Combine the first 5 ingredients (through yogurt).
2. While wearing plastic gloves to keep your hand from turning red, coat the chicken breast with the resulting mixture.
3. Pour the butter over the chicken and stir to coat well.
4. Heat the grill and grill chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side; discard marinade.
5. Remove from grill and chill.
6. Slice chicken into 1/8-inch thick slices and place in refrigerator.
Pizza preparation (whew!)
1. Spread 1/4-cup tomato yogurt curry evenly over the surface of the prepared pizza dough using a large spoon.
2. Place sliced yellow squash and zucchini over the sauce. Be careful not to overlap.
3. You can get creative here and either cover the sauced area with the mozzarella and distribute the sliced chicken evenly over the cheese or vice versa.
4. Place pizza in oven and bake until crust is crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbly, 10-15 minutes.
5. Slowly remove pizza from oven and sprinkle some chopped cilantro on the top.
Serve with mango chutney.
