Thankfully, you can replicate one of their best sellers from the comfort of your own kitchen and for half the price. To make the Thai Chicken Pizza, you will need the following ingredients:

-Pizza crust (pre-made or homemade)
-Olive oil + brush
-1/4 cup chopped peanuts
-2 tbsp. cilantro
-2 tbsp. basil
-1 tsp. red pepper flakes
-1/2 cup Asian chili sauce
-Conversely, you can mix peanut sauce and peanut butter for a unique Asian-inspired
       flavor as well.
-2 cups provolone, Monterey Jack, or mozzarella cheese (or all three!)
-1.5 cups cooked chicken, diced into small pieces
-Two small handfuls of bean sprouts
-1/2 large, thinly sliced zucchini
-4 chopped scallions

To start, cut the chicken into small pieces and cook over medium heat in a sauce pan coated with olive oil. As the chicken cooks, add some soy sauce or some duck sauce to the chicken to give it an extra Asian flavor. Once it’s done cooking, set it aside.

Take the pizza crust and lightly brush it with olive oil. Next. add the Asian chili sauce (or your homemade sauce) as the base. Next, add the toppings, ensuring the cheese is placed first and they’re evenly distributed throughout the entire pizza. You can experiment with the amount of toppings being used to enhance or decrease certain flavors to suit your own specific taste.

Once the pizza has been prepared, place it in an oven pre-heated to 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. For extra crispiness, leave in longer or use a pizza stone. A pizza stone is the best possible way to bake a pizza, short of owning your own brick oven.

The best thing about this pizza is that you can experiment with it. While California Pizza Chicken creates their pizza in their own set way, the beauty of making yours at home means you’re not restricted by available toppings or flavors. Asian flavors are varied, and there are many ways through which you can create a tasty, spicy Thai Chicken pizza.
