White Chocolate Peppermint Sugar Cookie Pizza

The holidays may be over and some people may seem to want to diet but for those who are still hung over the season, here's one good recipe for your sweet tooth. A white chocolate peppermint sugar cookie pizza from lemons for Lulu. 

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookie dough 16.5 oz
1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
¼ cup butter, softened
4 oz white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
1 teaspoon mint extract
2 cups powdered sugar
2 tablespoon milk
1 10 package Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 12-inch pizza pan with cooking spray. Spread cookie dough over the entire pan to form a crust. Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool cookie completely before frosting.
  2. To prepare frosting combine cream cheese and butter in a mixing bowl and beat until creamy. Add cooled chocolate and extract, mix well.
  3. Carefully beat in powdered sugar. Mix until incorporated and frosting is fluffy. Spread over cooled cookie crust and top with peppermint bits.
