i called to place an order for delivery and they said they couldn't because i was farther than 10 miles away. but i guess yahoo maps is a lie cause it only told me i'm 2 miles away. so then they hung up on me, fantastic customer service.

The last pizza we got from there had long black hair all in it. I will never eat there again.

Absolutely disgusting!!! Pizza was terrible, cold and just bad. Spaghetti noodles tasted fake and rotten. Cheese on salad bar was terrible. Didn't even taste like cheese. Ranch dressing has no taste at all. Over all terrible experience. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely terrible. The girl on the phone did not have any customer service skills. I told her I needed to place a "pick up order" and she continued to ask me if I was okay picking it up from that location. Well, no duh. If I wasn't okay with picking it up there, then I wouldn't have called in and said I wanted to order a pick up. The "owner" claims she's been working there for 4 years� she looked to be about 16, so I know that was a lie. She told me one price on the phone, and then almost doubled it when I got up there to pick it up. I left without the pizza.I will never, never, ever order from here again. My recommendation is Sali's Pizza and Pasta over on Garland and Beltline. This business is owned by true Italians, and it's absolutely amazing. I highly recommend it over Gattis.

This is some of the BEST pizza you will ever eat. Everyone that works at this location is really friendly and helpful. When you pick up, your order is always ready in under 15 minutes. Great choice if you are looking for great food!
