Best pizza in oregon,hands down...worst customer service in the world...If you order pizza and hour b4 they close they willl deny you..

Spent two years along the Hudson at college and this is probably the closest pizza I've found anywhere on the West Coast for true New York-style pizza. Brings back a lot of fond memories. NY-style pizza is thin crust (to highlight the flavors of the sauce and toppings and not the dough--like Chicago-style) and baked in a very hot oven for a crisp, yet chewy crust.

Amazing!: If you are a vegetarian, this is the place for you! The vegetarian pizza is LOADED to the brim with veggies. Order it wit Pesto instead of red sauce and you will be happy! Parking is an issue, so walk if you can.

I tried to order a pizza at 9:20 on a Saturday night and was denied, even though they close at 10pm. I hate the people that work there. They have no idea how to provide customer service.

I am so happy that this fabulous restaurant has decided to open up another location on Commercial St. It allows me to get my favorite 2 slice combo meal without having to try to find a parking spot downtown! I wish them the best of success and will continue making my weekly trip to Straight From New York to support a local business :) I couldn't stop talking about your pizza when I lived in VA....well, I'm back, and still spreading the word! And, please, if you stop in give the pizza cooks a smile..they are always so friendly, and cute :)

a grubby little hole in the wall with a HUGE following. atmosphere brings you back to the 90's (polaroids on the wall? how cool!) or let's us who have never travled to the big apple assume that's how pizza places are over there.BIG slices of pizza with traditional thin crust at an affordable price. veggie hawaiian cheese pepperoni & a chef's special which changes each day. suacey cheesey & crunchy with some cheweyness. my favorite pizza in town.go later in the day for an even more affordable price & don't forget to pick up a stamp card. after one slice you will want to come back & those stamps fill up fast! complimentary dumdum sucker with each purchase ;)

This pizza place reminds me of home. It's a hole in the wall with some of the best pizza I've had since leaving San Francisco. The slices are huge the toppings are plentiful and they have great deals for a slice and a drink. Yum!
