I think their pizza is 'OK'. EXTREMELY over pricey though! Their min delivery is way too high as well! If you want to try something new, go there but don't expect OVER the top.

Great Pizzaria: I really liked this place, the atmospherem the food, perfect. The only problem I had was that it took so long to get our bill. We were ready to head out and it took 20 minutes after finishing to recieve a bill. Despite this set back I would still return. Great pizza.

Great pizza: love the corn meal crust. The selection is varied with more then just the average pepperoni or sausage. haven't had such a great pizza since visiting Italy!

Tasty, Thin, and Crispy: I like Thin and crispy pizza. The toppings are good, and I like my pizza a little on the burnt side, just like how they make it. A little pricey though, but overall good.

Good basics: I like this place even though it's a chain. I'm a fan of the fetic. alfredo with hot italian sausage and chilled broccoli.

highly addictive pizza experience!: warning: if you try it, you'll be hooked. the crust (wood fired oven) is to die for. ideally eat it hot out of the oven. the simpler the toppings, the better. pesto pepperoni is my all-time favorite. the salads are standard but complement the pizzas well (get the caesar dressing!).

Who ever heard of going 50+ miles for pizza...: We did. Livermore, CA is over 50 miles away from Amici"s Pizza. This is the best pizza west of the Mississippi River---better than St. Louis, better than Chicago. We will do it again and again. Amici's is the ONLY place we will go for pizza!

Amici's: Good pizza by SBC Park: Good pizza. The waiters and waitresses work hard to serve you well. If you like medium crust pizza, they've got a great variety.

If not burned, would have been good: The pizza was flavorful but had burned (truly black) spots throughout the crust - if we had not been running late we would have sent it back - We hold out hope that this was a fluke and not the every time experience. Likely on the way to a game next summer we will give it another try and finalize our opinion then. I mean, can Ralph really be wrong on this one?

We try to go every week.: We love the clam linguine, the kids can't get enough of it. The pizzas are also better than most places we've tried. You will never leave disappointed..

As close to NY as you can get in the Bay: I am a huge fan of NY pizza. Just give me a thin slice with some marinara and cheese please! While it cannot beat the pizza in NY (nothing can), it comes close enough for transplants from the East Coast. I highly reccommend the linguini with red clam sauce. It is delicioius! However, if a lot of people order it at your table the quality is not as good as if only one or two people order it. Great place and good food! Parking is hard to find, and the parking garage next door charges about $7 for the first hour! No validation =(

Pizza the way it oughta be: My expectations were high going in, and they were certainly met. Not exceeded, but that would be difficult at best. I experienced a wonderful pizza pie, that far more pizza than pie. Not doughy and gluttonous like most chains, but definitely a delicious bite for the pizza connoisseur.

The best Pizza place, ever...Bar None!: I love this place. I tried it for the first time about four years ago, and have been hooked ever since. I love this place. If they sold stock, I would be the first in line. the food is not only great, but the place is one of the best run operations that I have ever seen. I take all of my friends and family there and they all love it. There is no better place "West Of New York"

The pizza is good but expensive. Good for pizza cravings while in area of the restaurant. They really need to have lunch specials and I would go more often.

Everyone I had talked to about this place loved it or hated it. I got the vege pizza and it was close to gross and the service stunk. Maybe it was a bad night or maybe they just dont care. I should have just gone with fast food.

I loved this place and pizza was great! Service was a bit light --but really didnt need much - to eat a pizza?! - I had the eggplant pizza an thought it was great and friends i was with had others and tasting theirs was good too! - Eggplant sandwich was almost like mama makes! ha -- the only thing i thought was the price of a salad - was way too high... i think the ceasar salad was like 7.50 --for a small side salad too much!- but having the pizza here in sf is a lot cheaper than having to fly to NY ha .

For the SBC ballpark area - Amici's pizza is the way to go. We order the Amici's combo and the Spicy chicken plus tomato sauce for work lunches.

I've tried all their pizzas and they are very tasty. One downside is that they only offer the gluten-free pizza in medium size and it gets kinda pricey.
