Seriously needs new management in the Tulsa, OK location. Worst customer service experience we've ever had and we're easy-going, easy-to-please folks. Three different employees actually used this line, "We don't work here (or in that area)," as the only answer to our questions, including one from a child to the go-kart attendant asking how to get the seatbelt on! He added, "Don't bother me." And one spat that "I don't work in that area," at us as she walked past, not even stopping. It was so obvious that a security guard asked if he could help. The game card cashier left us standing there for five minutes while she swept up in the bowling area, though she'd made eye contact with us and knew we were there. Then she continued to be surly and rude once she finally sauntered over, interrupting us and tried to rush us through deciding how much to put on the cards, though we weren't taking long and were the only people in line. When the go-kart attendant didn't bother paying attention enough to know that the actual race winner was a girl who'd lapped everyone, his response to her and the others who said she'd won (they give out prize ribbons) was, "Do I look like I care?" Most of the staff we encountered were rude and unfriendly. Sticky, filmy, gross machines - needs to be cleaned. A review I saw elsewhere mentioned finding feces smeared on the bathroom stalls/walls. I believe it after seeing the filth I saw. Buffet is fairly poor quality, unless you like stuff like CiCi's Pizza - it's on par with that, but since we were mostly there for the games, we wouldn't even care about the food much if the staff was anywhere near friendly, the place was reasonably clean, and they didn't do things like shut the game machines down 7min early. Since half of the kids' hour of play time was used up waiting on the go-karts (there were only maybe 8 people in line when they joined the wait), they weren't even able to spend all of the $10 left on their cards and that left them only 23min to play. We felt robbed of the $70 we spent there spent there (and that included only two game cards for $15/each - go-karts cost a whopping $4.50 a turn - the rest was for the crappy buffet for 3 adults and 1 child). We got the overall impression that all the staff there hated their jobs, resented the customers, health and safety were a very low priority (also see the other review detailing how they kicked all the families and children out of their steel reinforced building during a tornado warning!), and that management could care less. We will never be back. It was truly shameful.
