Food is good for this type of place. Better than the other play pizza places I have been. They do get busy but it is alot of fun and the kids love it.

VERY FUN!!! The longer you stay will cost you! ha: We just went to Incredible Pizza with our 2 children. They are 9 and 10 and there was nothing they saw they didn't like or want to try. The pizzas were great, and the salad bar had amazing selections!! I didn't get to try too much because of our situation of being there (first meeting with the children...adoption) but we WILL go back. One word of caution...the longer you stay, the more money you will be out! That is the ONLY drawback. Sure, the buffet, for 2 adults and 2 kids was just $30, but we ended up spending about $100 by the time we bowled, rode go-karts, and played all the games so the children could win some cool prizes. All in all though, it was a very fun experience, akin to being in an indoor fair! One of my friends made the comment it's "Chuckie Cheese on Steriods"...haha SO TRUE!

Its a great place to have an awesome b-day party...I will continue to have them there until my kids say otherwise which I dont think will be anytime soon!!!

Mostly good.....: The most entertaining thing about this place for me is the hand dryers in the restroom. They are amazing and dry your hands in about 5 seconds. Anyway, the place is way too huge and totally entertains my 3 and 5 year old for quite a while. The one thing I can't stand is the smell in the "drive in theater" room. I have attended parties in that room 3 times and every time we go the room reeks and I lose my appetite. It smells like rotten cheese or something, or maybe they are mopping with dirty water? Besides that the place is pretty good, and if you go, at least check out the hand dryers!

Excellent experience: This is a great afternoon or evening out for the kids! The food is great, and you can come and go for refils on food anytime during your visit. (pizza - games - pizza - games - dessert - redeem tickets and go) There is an area for small children including a playground with nerf balls, vaccuums and shooters, a small train and kiddie games. There is also a wealth of arcade games. And several big games like go carts and bowling. Pros: great entertainment, fair price for pizza Cons: cost of games can add up quickly with 3 children, the line to redeem tickets has been long all three times we visited

Seriously needs new management in the Tulsa, OK location. Worst customer service experience we've ever had and we're easy-going, easy-to-please folks. Three different employees actually used this line, "We don't work here (or in that area)," as the only answer to our questions, including one from a child to the go-kart attendant asking how to get the seatbelt on! He added, "Don't bother me." And one spat that "I don't work in that area," at us as she walked past, not even stopping. It was so obvious that a security guard asked if he could help. The game card cashier left us standing there for five minutes while she swept up in the bowling area, though she'd made eye contact with us and knew we were there. Then she continued to be surly and rude once she finally sauntered over, interrupting us and tried to rush us through deciding how much to put on the cards, though we weren't taking long and were the only people in line. When the go-kart attendant didn't bother paying attention enough to know that the actual race winner was a girl who'd lapped everyone, his response to her and the others who said she'd won (they give out prize ribbons) was, "Do I look like I care?" Most of the staff we encountered were rude and unfriendly. Sticky, filmy, gross machines - needs to be cleaned. A review I saw elsewhere mentioned finding feces smeared on the bathroom stalls/walls. I believe it after seeing the filth I saw. Buffet is fairly poor quality, unless you like stuff like CiCi's Pizza - it's on par with that, but since we were mostly there for the games, we wouldn't even care about the food much if the staff was anywhere near friendly, the place was reasonably clean, and they didn't do things like shut the game machines down 7min early. Since half of the kids' hour of play time was used up waiting on the go-karts (there were only maybe 8 people in line when they joined the wait), they weren't even able to spend all of the $10 left on their cards and that left them only 23min to play. We felt robbed of the $70 we spent there spent there (and that included only two game cards for $15/each - go-karts cost a whopping $4.50 a turn - the rest was for the crappy buffet for 3 adults and 1 child). We got the overall impression that all the staff there hated their jobs, resented the customers, health and safety were a very low priority (also see the other review detailing how they kicked all the families and children out of their steel reinforced building during a tornado warning!), and that management could care less. We will never be back. It was truly shameful.

My 3 toddlers, 16 yr old and 22yr old and I had a wonderful time! The food was great and we were happy to see such a variety of foods available. It had a fun, nostalgic atmosphere for the adults, with lots of games for all. Wish we had had more time and money to spend, but there is always next time. We did spend about 3 hours there. We will definitely be making it one of our regular stops when we go to Tulsa!

Great Family Fun: I enjoy the fact that the entire family can enjoy a good old fashioned black and white movie on a big screen. Eat lunch play in the play room with games that parents can play with their families. When you have a large age gap like we do,You feel safe allowing your children wonder to other attractions. HINT for parents, once you are tired and hot go up to the bowling area, it gets more airconditioning than the rest of the place and you can drag on a game long enough to regroup and rest up before hitting it again. We stay long enough to eat supper before we leave and by the time we get the boys home they are out cold for the night!!!!!!!!!!

I visited the Tulsa location on 12-04-11, I was thrilled that they served an enjoyable Gluten Free pizza, especially for those who are stricken with the disease. People who have this disease is truly limited as far as eating out. I am not gluten free but my husband is & I know there are so many more people, adults and children, that are. This place gives them a place to be able to eat without fear of the side effects from gluten. Some reactions to gluten contamination may include death - Yes! this is a serious disease. So this is a very nice treat for them. Even though I have no need to be gluten-free, I still tried the pizza out of curiousity. OMG! I was truly shocked at the taste of the pizza, it was actually good. If you have ever tried gluten-free breads or crackers you would understand my statement & my surprise of how good the pizza was. Thanks to IP, the adults & children now have a safe place to eat out at a restuarant socially and can even add entertainment to the evening. Also, you can order whatever toppings you want on the pizza. As far as the service and the treatment by the staff, they were very nice to our group and to the children. I have never had any bad experiences from the restaurant. We live 45 minutes away and it is worth the travel time and gas. Also, you can order a pizza to go & I really appreciate this. Thanks to IP for coming up with an enjoyable & eatable gluten-free pizza!!!!!!!!

This place rocks! We went for the first time today and I had to write a review. The food was typical of a pizza place except there were also healthy choices baked potatoes salad and pasta to name a few. We played all night and had meals and dessert. Including the meals bowling go carts bumper cars several video games and locker rental I spent 45.00 total for three people. When I compare that price to other places of entertainment I think this is an affordable dining and game area for families. My children loved that the prizes were actually things they wanted. The staff was friendly clean and quick to help when needed. My locker became jammed when we were leaving a busy part of the night for the business and we were assisted immediately. We will definately be coming back for more fun!!!
