A very cute little restaurant. It is off of a pedestrian only street with a little sidewalk spot. They offered a lunch special for $8.95. With a choice of pizza, soup, or salad and a drink. I choose the homemade potato soup which hit the spot like food hasn't done in a really long time. It was delicious. I had one piece of pizza that was from the daily specials of chicken fajita and one piece from the regular choices of veggie. The chicken fajita was warm and tasty and the veggies was extremely interesting. It was cold with different veggies than you'd think and a cream cheese sauce instead of regular pizza sauce. The whole experience was pleasant. The staff was nice, helpful, and knowledgable. I really loved the mismatched sugar bowls!

Patsy's is absolutely wonderful. Winchester's most original restaurant. Homemade soups wonderful salads and the best non-traditional pizza in the country.

Not your everyday pizza. Love the concept and especially love the dessert pizza! Great food and great service.
